Our sales office is open every day of the week-Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. mountain standard time, Saturday from 9 a.m.- 1 p.m., Sunday closed.

SHIPPING/FREIGHT POLICY
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. Our standard shipping method for orders is USPS Insured Priority Mail service, with a standard shipping and handling charge. Express Mail is available at an additional charge. Shipping will vary.
Our Office is located in Billings, Montana, USA.
All European orders are forwarded to our Polish office for processing and fulfillment.

PAYMENT

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express.
We only ship to confirmed addresses.
All cancellations must be submitted by email in writing.
Cashier's Checks/Money Orders: We accept Money Orders, International Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks in US currency. Orders paid via a money order or checks will not shipped until the money order/check clears our bank. We also accept Western Union payments. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Western Union payment.
Personal Checks: We accept personal checks issued by a US banks. Orders paid by checks will not shipped until the check clears our bank.

WARRANTIES

Merchandise is sold with the FULL MANUFACTURES WARRANTY.
A retail invoice will be supplied by Art Hobby.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If you receive a product damaged in transit, follow these instructions: Shipments received damaged via USPS must be accepted with all the damage. You must then place a claim with your local Post Office. Damaged claims are the responsibility of the consigned.

RETURNED AND REFUSED ORDERS

Customers that return or refuse a delivery are responsible for up to a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges.
